This summer, two of Hong Kong's most beloved quirky characters, 'Din Dong' and 'Mrs. Woo', are joining forces for the first time, transforming into automotive-themed avatars and bringing their full crew to Park Central. From 11 July to 31 August, they will be presenting the very first auto-repair-themed summer event in Hong Kong, 'Little Car Heroes', which combines STEAM elements. Children are invited to take on various car washing and repair tasks, unleashing their boundless energy and having a blast this summer!

'Din Dong' and 'Mrs. Woo' Team Up for a Quirky Collaboration, Joining Park Central

'Din Dong', with its quirky sense of humour, always fantasizes about being all-powerful and tackles life's challenges with endless creativity and tricks, bringing smiles to both adults and children. On the other hand, 'Mrs. Woo', the playful elderly character from the 'Woo's Family', has gained over 400,000 followers on social media in just seven years. This time, with their talent for parody, they will be venturing into the auto-repair city together, creating a fun and playful atmosphere.

Hong Kong's First Auto-Repair-Themed Summer Event: Six Gaming Zones for a Fun-Filled Summer

'Din Dong' and 'Mrs. Woo' are teaming up for the first time, presenting 'Little Car Heroes' and doubling the fun and surprises! The event features a 2.5-metre-tall inflatable 'Din Dong' in a fun and unique design, capturing the attention of both adults and children. There are six gaming zones and photo spots that adorably recreate various car maintenance and servicing scenes, from washing and repairing to refuelling. STEAM elements are creatively incorporated into exciting challenges and competitions, allowing children to learn about science, engineering, and mathematics while having fun. Before starting the missions, children will be dressed in specially prepared mini reflective vests and hats, fully immersing themselves in the challenges and taking the cutest photos. Upon completing all the tasks, they will receive a Little Car Hero Work Pass and officially become a member of 'Little Car Heroes'!

Gaming Zone 1: Gear Assembly Challenge

'Din Dong' has transformed into a car awaiting maintenance, waiting for little engineers to repair it. Children can lie on the base and crawl into the raised 'Din Dong' car for inspection, brainstorming on how to assemble the gears under the car to restore its power. This game not only lets children experience the fun of car repair but also stimulates their interest in engineering and enhances their creativity.

Gaming Zone 2: Din Dong Puzzle Engineer

Calling all little engineers to assemble! Multiple portraits of 'Din Dong' and its friends will be divided into several components. Children will need to rack their brains and use the car workshop tools to reconstruct their facial features on the perforated board, getting a taste of being an automotive engineer.

Gaming Zone 3: Car Washing Challenge

Mrs. Woo's beloved car is at the Woo's Car Wash, and children will transform into cleaners. Within a time limit, they will use water squeegees to clean the dirty car, testing their speed and agility while also incorporating technological elements for an interactive cleaning experience. Don't forget to take a photo with Mrs. Woo in her family car after completing the mission.

Gaming Zone 4: Fuel Reaction Challenge

It's time to check the fuel level! At Ah Yu Gas Station, Mrs. Woo's daughter-in-law, Ah Yu, welcomes you in her gas station attendant outfit. Little engineers can test their reaction speed by quickly pressing the button according to the rapidly changing numbers on the screen, accurately filling up exactly $100 worth of fuel. This challenges the children's number sense and reaction speed.

Gaming Zone 5: Tyre Inflation King

The gas station is equipped with a self-service tyre inflation pump, and children can try their hand at reviving a flat tyre! Little engineers need to pump air within a time limit, and when the colour light turns 360 degrees, it indicates that the tyre is fully inflated.

Gaming Zone 6: Din Dong Carousel Park

Welcome to the mini traffic safety city! The area is decorated with road signs mimicking local traffic signs, adorably indicating Park Central and various photo spots. Doesn't this fit the 'art' in STEAM? The venue is filled with super cute toy cars in the shape of 'Din Dong', 'Little Sock Bunny', and 'Busy Cat'. Little drivers can choose their favourite car and take a ride around the Din Dong world.

'Din Dong' Meet-and-Greet as the Grand Finale

'Din Dong' will be making a grand appearance this summer, meeting adults and children and spreading joy and laughter! Fans should not hold back their enthusiasm but instead open their arms wide, give this adorable cat a big hug, and take memorable photos together.
